Q: Is FBF for both men or women?

A: Yes! You'll find the truth is that men and women burn fat almost
the same exact way. There are of course some small differences,
but for the most part these techniques are simply the same.


Q: Your FBF blueprint looks fantastic! After ordering, how long until I can start using these techniques?

Q: Do I have to count calories with FBF?

While we give you a tool to easily figure out the approximate number of calories your body needs to stay in fat burning mode, you DO NOT have to count calories. That being said, you certainly can’t eat loads of junk food and expect to burn fat maximally. These techniques are super easy to understand and even easier to add into your daily life. The best part is, you can make this part of your lifestyle forever because your body craves the foods I recommend.


Q: Will your recommendations make me get bulky or too muscular?

A:
Here's the truth... 99.9% of women and many men will not get more muscular than they want from following these techniques. This is because most women and many men lack the necessary testosterone levels and/or other genetic factors to produce overly large muscles. Q: Is this just another low carb diet?

Q: What kind of physical shape do I need to be in before I can start using your method right away?
