Add Resistance Training Circuits To Your Workout
Second, when it comes to those workout sessions, you should make a point to add some training circuits into your plan. Circuit training does tend to be quite effective for promoting fat loss, but with this, it’s still important that you’re pushing yourself and lifting a heavy weight.
Don’t get into the habit of doing very high rep, light weight circuit training as that could cause lean muscle mass loss when combined with a very low calorie diet.
Instead, use heavier weight but move through the circuit as quickly as possible. This will get you seeing better results.
Be Sure To Get Enough Rest
With all these adjustments, it’s also vital that you get enough rest as well. It may be tempting to hit the gym seven days a week when you want fast weight loss but remember, when using a very low calorie diet your recovery reserves will be limited therefore you can’t do too much otherwise you’ll just grow weaker.
