fruits or vegetables into breakfast as well as other meals. Fat
burning foods like spinach no longer have to be relegated to lunch
and dinner with this unique and healthy low carb pancake recipe.

Instead of loading your pancake with butter and sugar syrup, enjoy a few slices of turkey bacon with this savory spinach pancake. This is one pancake that will leave you feeling energized and not the least bit guilty. Change It Up

One of the great things about savory pancakes is that there is no limit to the different types you can create. All you need is a working knowledge of various spices and you can wow your friends & family with your low carb, low calorie pancake creations.

Use these tips to change up your pancakes:

  • Add garlic for a burst of strong flavor.

  • Experiment with kale, arugula or collard greens instead of spinach.

  • Add sun dried tomatoes or roasted red peppers for more flavor.

  • Add chopped bacon or pancetta into mixture for a one-skillet breakfast.

Finding quick and healthy breakfast solutions is probably one of the hardest things, especially if you have limited kitchen knowledge. With a lower sugar pancake recipe like this you can feel good and eat good while you work hard to get rid of excess body fat.

Say ‘sayonara’ to those sugary breakfast pancakes that make you feel guilty and count calories all day long because this recipe will give you energy for a fat burning workout and leave you guilt free!
