"Hi Rob... I used to run on treadmill for 15-20 mins then do some stretching for 10 min and then workout for 30-40 mins and all this 7 days a week.

I was 84 kgs and gradually started losing weight...there was no further weight loss during the last two months. Plus it was getting difficult to find time to workout 7 days a week.

After reading FBF in May 2008, I stopped doing treadmill...reduced my workouts to about 25-30 minutes 3 times a week and progressively increased the weights every week...
